Typically, the higher you go up the QLC > TLC > MLC >SLC chain, the better they get. /u/Super_Marine is correct; at this stage in the game with QLC, it won't matter. I personally prefer TLC, but many folks won't drop the extra $$. QLC I'd reserve for say a game drive: install a bunch of games once, and call it a day. The price to performance isn't there any longer for the average person. As for the QLC vs TLC NAND SSD, the price of QLC SSD would be cheaper. And TLC SSD is also cheaper than SLC or MLC. So, if your budget is limited but you also want to purchase the larger capacity, the QLC or TLC SSD would be a good choice.
